Göttingen
A place to be, connect & celebrate

For your journey
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Move freely.
Just as you are.
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dance for every age. There is no technique and there are no set steps — you are completely free to move and follow your own impulses.
Together we create a space of trust, a safe place where we can simply be as we are. A little pause from everyday life.
Come by and try it.
The evening
A journey in four movements
Every evening is a wave — from stillness into full movement and back to rest.
- 17:30
Arrive
Doors open. Take off your shoes, settle in, land.
- 18:00
Opening circle
We open together — sometimes with a warm-up, sometimes with cacao. Please arrive before the circle begins.
The dance
A musical journey — no words, no rules for how to move.
- 21:00
Return
We slow down, come back to stillness and close the evening.
Guidelines
Four simple agreements
No talking
Let the body speak. The dance floor is a space without words.
No substances
Come clear and present. No alcohol, no drugs.
No shoes
Dance barefoot or in socks and feel the ground beneath you.
No phones
No photos, no screens. Only this moment.
Together we create a space of trust.
